Gymnastics

 

In this 45 minute class, emphasis on safety, fun, and the basics of gymnastics is our primary focus. Skills are taught as progressions that are based on the child’s skill level. Using obstacle courses, games, storytelling, props and imagination, children will learn gymnastics in addition to social skills such as taking turns, listening and following directions. The primary goals of this class are balance, strength and coordination. We incorporate age specific scholastic learning and life lessons while teaching gymnastics and of course we have FUN!!!!!
